Once your consultation is complete and your brief is agreed, we will send you a secure payment link for your deposit. We accept bank transfer and card payment. A deposit of 50% is required before writing begins, with the remaining balance due on delivery.

Most pieces are completed within 5 to 7 working days from the point your deposit is received and your brief is confirmed. If your moment cannot wait, priority turnaround is available on request see below for details.

Every commission includes two rounds of revisions. We work with you until the piece sounds exactly right. In our experience, getting the brief right at consultation stage means the first draft rarely needs significant changes.

Completely. Nothing you share with us your story, your commission, your identity will ever be disclosed, published or shared without your explicit written consent. Discretion is not a policy at Composed. It is a standard.

We do not typically take on international commissions but we are happy to consider requests depending on the nature of the brief. Get in touch and we will let you know if we can help.

Yes. That is exactly what the consultation is for. All consultations are held by telephone no video calls, no in-person meetings required. There is no obligation and no payment required until you decide to proceed. Book a consultation and we will take it from there.

Once you submit your enquiry you will be invited to book your consultation directly. We will come to that conversation having already read everything you have shared, ready to discuss your brief and how we can help.

Yes. Priority turnaround is available on request. For most services this carries a 50% surcharge on the agreed fee this reflects the reality of setting aside other work and dedicating our full focus to your piece, often outside standard hours. For eulogies, out of respect for the sensitivity of the moment, the surcharge is 25%. If your moment cannot wait, tell us when you enquire and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
